Retirement Readiness: its not just about the money

Five years ago I fought mandatory retirement in British Columbia Canada, I am still working as a university professor of psychology. Among my activities I have taught a course on Aging for the past 8 years. More recently I have designed and am beginning to facilitate workshops about the non-financial side of retirement. As part of my efforts to combat Ageism I have co-founded a company BC community building,com and have created a blog http://larryand.blog spot. com. I will retire next year.
I have also been producing articles for impowerage, an online seniors site and also for my local community news paper the Langley Times. I have also designed several other workshops including: Wisdom, Memory and Humor.
