It has been awhile since the last newsletter. Yes,'between the Covid lock down and some personal issuesI just backed off. But I am back and plan to review and redo the whole web site starting January 2022. I shall update information and add new research..

I also want to make it easier for you to add information and ideas of your own. In these last months I have become aware that growing older is often very different in different parts of the world. I am hoping that starting in 2022, this web site can become a place to share some of the best practices from every area of the world, so everyone of us can know and benefit from them..
