Supplements multivitamins

Supplements multivitamins - can help prevent memory loss. At least that is what some of medical doctors are now saying.

The American Medical Association has reversed its position about multivitamins in recent years. They now say that all adults need to take a multivitamin each day because we do not get enough vitamins from our daily diet. So every senior needs to review this Supplements multivitamins page.

New guidelines were written by Drs. Robert Fletcher and Kathleen Fairfield of Harvard University. Many medical advisers now believe that those who get enough vitamins may be able to prevent common chronic illnesses including cancer, heart disease and osteoporosis. Other physicians hold that Supplements multivitamins are one of the keys to preventing brain and memory losses as you age.

Researchers have a growing concern that the recommended daily allowances, or RDAs, for many vitamins are set too low for good health.( The RDAs were established to prevent symptoms of vitamin-deficiency disorders, such as scurvy for Vitamin C.) Evidence is now shows that that higher levels of many vitamins are necessary to achieve optimum health.
