What is it you want from me?
How can I help you just BE?
All this time trying everything,
Yoga, Tai Chi, even upside down in the yoga swing.
You'd think I would be more familiar,
But still, I have days when I feel peculiar.
Out of whack, out of sync,
Disconnected like a missing link.
A knowledge I am sure I hold,
Something in me left untold.
Still, here I am, every year older.
My inner voice speaks up, "Haven't you told her?
There is nothing you need to do,
To know the inner you.
The present moment is the key,
That will unlock the entire mystery.
